IEEE International Conference on Communication Software and Networks 2019

The 11th IEEE International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2019) was successfully held in Chongqing from June 12 to 15, 2019. The conference is jointly sponsored by IEEE and School of microelectronics and communication engineering of Chongqing University. It is co-sponsored by Chongqing Institute of electronics, Journal Office of Chongqing University of Posts and telecommunications, Yangtze Normal University, 54th Research Institute of China Electronic Science and Technology Group, Key Laboratory of Information Transmission and Distribution Technology of Communication Network, and Sichuan Electronic Society. The conference attracted more than 100 experts and scholars from China, the United States, France, Japan, South Korea, Ireland, India, the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the Philippines.

On the morning of June 13, Liu Min, vice president of School of Microelectronics and Communication Engineering of Chongqing University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the sponsor Chongqing University, and Professor Jalel Ben Othman of the 13th University of Paris, France, delivered an opening speech on behalf of the members of the Organizing Committee of the conference.

  Professor Jalel Ben Othman, Professor Masahiro Fujita, University of Tokyo, Japan, Professor Yang Shuanghua of IET fellow, Professor Nan Wang of Fresno University of California, and Dr. Chen Chen of Chongqing University of China were invited to give lectures on the morning of June 13 and 14, respectively. At the same time, 12 sessions were set up to discuss wireless resource allocation, network security, satellite communication, signal detection and processing, network coding, computer application, image processing, Internet of things and optical communication. In addition, 3 posters will be set up to show the sub venue to discuss signal detection and processing, wireless network and communication system. The conference adopted peer review method and strictly controlled the quality of papers. Finally, 152 papers were included in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI and Scopus for retrieval after the conference.
